Terms & Conditions – IQ Inverter Air Conditioner Installation

What’s Included:

✔ Professional installation of 9000, 12000, 18000 & 24000 BTU/hr Wall Split Units
✔ 3m Copper Piping Kit and Bracket Set
✔ Use of existing power points (where available, within 7m of the unit)

Additional Information:

• Electrical installation for 24000 BTU/hr units or any installation beyond 7m requires additional fees.
• Installations above the ground floor require prior notice and may incur extra charges.
• Outlying areas or locations outside major metros may require additional travel fees – please confirm before booking.
• The installation excludes de-installation of existing air conditioning units.
• All building work (such as drilling, painting, or structural modifications) is not included in the installation price.
• Any additional drainage, piping, or scaffolding costs will be negotiated and settled prior to installation.

Terms of Installation:

1. Installation is only available when purchasing an air conditioning unit from Premium Airconditioning.
2. All installations must comply with manufacturer specifications to ensure warranty validity.
3. Installations requiring custom electrical work (e.g., dedicated circuits) will be quoted separately.
4. The customer must ensure safe and easy access to the installation site.
5. Any site-specific adjustments or unforeseen conditions requiring extra work will be discussed before proceeding, and additional charges may apply.
6. If an existing unit needs to be removed before installation, an additional de-installation fee will apply.
7. If the installation area is not prepared or requires modifications upon arrival, this may result in delays or rescheduling fees.
8. The standard 3m copper piping kit is included; additional piping will be charged per meter.
9. Warranty on installation covers workmanship but does not include damage due to power surges, misuse, or improper maintenance.
10. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their electrical supply is adequate for the selected air conditioning unit.
11. In cases where scaffolding or special lifting equipment is required, additional charges will apply.
12. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

• Installations are carried out by certified professionals to ensure safety and compliance.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm all installation details before booking.
• Final installation costs will be determined after an on-site assessment, if necessary.
